WHY REALTY HQ
A brokerage built around the math, not the markup.
You closed the deal. Most brokerages take a meaningful share of what you earned. Realty HQ rebuilt the model so producing agents keep what their work is worth.
THE PROBLEM
Most brokerages monetize their agents.
The traditional brokerage model was built when agents needed offices, training, signs, and a recognizable brand to compete. The brokerage paid for those things and recovered the cost from the commission split. That structure made sense in 1985. In 2026 the inputs cost a fraction of what they did then. Lead-gen tools are subscription-priced. Training is on demand. Offices are optional. The franchise brand premium is debatable. But the splits stayed the same. A 70/30 split on a $500,000 home means the brokerage takes $4,500 of your money. For what, exactly?
Realty HQ's view is simple. The brokerage should be paid for what the brokerage actually does. The agent should be paid for what the agent actually does. When the math is honest, both parties stay aligned and both parties stay long term.
That structure made sense in 1985. We don't live in 1985 anymore.
How It Works
Flat 0.25%. Nothing else.
On a $500,000 home, the brokerage fee is $1,250. Compare that to $4,500 on a 70/30 split. The math compounds across a year of production.

Transaction coordination is available to agents on a per-transaction, opt-in basis. Two tiers, full-service or economical, transparent pricing disclosed up front. Agents who coordinate their own transactions pay nothing for TC.
If the brokerage is providing it, it is already in the 0.25%. If something is not on the list above, ask. Realty HQ does not have hidden fee categories. The brokerage either does it or it does not. We tell you which.
THE MATH
The math on a sample year.
An agent producing 12 closings at an average $450,000 sale price generates roughly $162,000 in gross commission income at a typical 3% commission rate. At a 70/30 brokerage, the agent takes home around $113,400. At Realty HQ, the same production at the same commission rate yields $148,500 in take-home. That is a $35,000 difference on the same year of work.
These are illustrative numbers. Your actual production varies by market, list-side versus buy-side mix, average sale price, and transaction count. The point is not the specific dollar amount. The point is the structure compounds. A $35,000 annual delta over five years is $175,000. That is the difference between paying off a mortgage early and not.
