The path to a Utah real estate license starts with the state-approved 120-hour pre-license course. Realty HQ's partner for the full pre-license curriculum is The CE Shop, the most-used online real estate education platform in the country and approved by the Utah Division of Real Estate. The course is online, self-paced, and available 24/7.
You don't need to be affiliated with Realty HQ to take the course. But when you finish and pass the exam, the conversation about where to hang your license matters. Realty HQ would be one option. We'd want to talk to you about it.

CONTINUING EDUCATION
Keep your license active. Stay sharp.
Utah requires 18 hours of continuing education every two years to maintain an active license. Realty HQ's CE provider partner is Articademics, a Utah-focused CE provider with on-demand and live courses approved by the Division of Real Estate. CE through Articademics is included in the Realty HQ flat 0.25% transaction fee for active Realty HQ agents. Non-Realty HQ agents can enroll directly.

CORNERSTONE EDUCATION
From licensed to producer. The Cornerstone path.
