When you submit the agent application form, contact form, or newsletter signup, we collect the information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, current brokerage if applicable, production information, and any message content. We also collect standard analytics data through Google Analytics 4, including IP address, device type, browser, pages visited, and referral source. We use cookies for site functionality and analytics.
Form submissions go directly to Lesley Mascaro and the Realty HQ agent services team for recruiting follow-up. We use email to communicate about your application, send recruiting nurture content you opt into, and respond to inquiries. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your information with anyone outside Realty HQ except as required by law.
You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at agentservices@realtyhqusa.com. You can request a copy of your data, correction of your data, or deletion of your data by emailing the same address. We respond to data requests within 30 days.
