Realty HQ charges a flat 0.25% transaction fee on the home's sale price. That's it. No monthly fees, no desk fees, no marketing fees, no technology fees, no franchise fees, no annual cap to fight your way to. Follow Up Boss CRM, weekly live training, errors and omissions insurance, and continuing education are bundled in. The brokerage's revenue scales with transaction count, not with cap fights, which keeps the math honest in both directions.

Desk space is available on a use-as-needed basis. Training is taught by Utah agents who are actively producing in this market. Continuing education compliance runs through Utah-approved providers.
