SMS/Text Messaging Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Receive SMS Messages
By providing your mobile phone number to Realty HQ LLC ("Realty HQ," "we," "us," or "our"), you consent to receive SMS/text messages from us related to our real estate brokerage services, agent recruitment, and related communications. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
2. Types of Messages
You may receive SMS messages from Realty HQ for the following purposes:
• Agent recruitment communications: Information about joining Realty HQ, commission structures, brokerage benefits, and onboarding details.
• Appointment reminders: Reminders for scheduled consultations, meetings, or calls with our team.
• Follow-up communications: Personal follow-up messages from our broker or team members in response to your inquiry.
• Event notifications: Alerts about webinars, training sessions, CE classes, or networking events relevant to real estate professionals.
• Service updates: Important updates about tools, training schedules, or policy changes that affect agents or prospective agents.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your engagement and the nature of your inquiry. You may receive up to 5 messages per month during active nurture communications, and fewer during routine or event-based outreach. Message frequency will not exceed 10 messages per month under any circumstances.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging and data charges from your wireless carrier may apply to messages sent and received. Realty HQ is not responsible for any charges incurred from your wireless provider. Please contact your carrier for details about your specific plan and pricing.
5. Opt-Out / How to Stop Messages
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Realty HQ at any time by:
• Replying STOP to any message you receive from us.
• Contacting us directly at agentservices@realtyhqusa.com or (801) 999-8535.
After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

7. No Mobile Number Sharing
We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile number will only be used by Realty HQ and its authorized service providers (such as our SMS platform provider) for the purposes described in these Terms.
8. Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Realty HQ is not responsible for messages that fail to reach you due to carrier issues, changes to your phone number, or service interruptions.
9. Modifications
Realty HQ reserves the right to modify these SMS Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued receipt of messages after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
